How do I make a purchase?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once shipped, a second email will include your tracking details.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel or update it by contacting us right away. Once shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment we only ship within the United States.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to health and safety reasons, opened perfumes and supplements cannot be returned.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery within the USA typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
